Based on your wishes and needs, we invested design time and effort and invented a way to heat the unit to the requested temperature in as short a time period as possible, and finally, built it solidly and environmentally friendly.

The result of this research and development effort we call the radiant warming oven. To heat fast, we use high temperature lamps that shine infrared energy directly onto the drawer contents. Unlike other manufacturers who use an inefficient electric coil element with no air movement, we use the highest quality convection fans to circulate hot air to the cooler areas of the drawer, ensuring even heating from front to back and side to side. Our insulation saves you energy and keeps your kitchen cool; our custom electronic controller regulates the drawer temperature and shuts the unit off automatically – or when you tell it to. Every unit is hand assembled, tested, then retested on the production lines of our California factory as major subassemblies come together.
